Is the listed price for one pair or a single lens?
The price displayed on the website is for one pair of lenses (2 lenses and 1 lens case).
Why hasn't my package shipped yet?

What is the processing time for new orders?
Processing times typically range from 1 to 3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. The estimated time of arrival (ETA) countdown begins once the order status updates to "Fulfilled."
During peak periods, such as Halloween and Black Friday, there may be slight delays in processing and updating tracking numbers. However, rest assured that your order will be shipped within the 7-business-day processing window, though the tracking number may take a bit longer to update. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
Can I modify my order after it has been placed?
